![]() Who says eating waterside is bad news? No one around these parts do, trust me! And there's one restaurant providing a grand view nightly! Chacon's of Georgetown is Chef Eddy Chacon's second eatery in town. For the backstory, visit this link. Serving uniquely prepared dishes is a normal routine for Eddy and his staff. Nightly specials vary from Pan Fried Grouper, topped with seafood cream sauce, with a side of seafood pasta and sauteed spinach to Grouper Picatta with grits and asparagus. Come by tonight and see what's on the menu! When you think about buffets, you always want more! More selection, more plates, more trips to the buffet table!
Well, Deborah Scott and her staff at Deborah's Kitchen aim to please on a daily basis. The offerings change daily, so there's always something different. And if hot and fresh is what you seek, then look no further! The fried chicken is amazing. The mashed potatoes are soft and fluffy. Everything is mouthwatering here at Deborah's Kitchen. This place is both tourist and local friendly. Come by and an enjoy a darn good lunch! Breakfast is good, too. Check out their Facebook page below for today's menu! There are a few eateries on Front Street that provide that town cafe feeling, you know? A place where you get the local news of the day with a fulfilling meal! Thomas Cafe stands out amongst them. Providing daily lunch specials, they always keep the menu fresh... and the plates overflowing with goodness! You cannot beat the atmosphere. It truly has the nostalgic feel of warm comfiness both tourists and locals search for. Check out a few photos below. Visit their Facebook page, too. ![]() While their lunch offerings are to die for, Wendy Goude and her staff at Townhouse Restaurant have worked hard to establish themselves as a go-to spot for an elegant dinner in town! And if you ask their customers, it's been that way since day one! After a busy day at the office or if you just want to be treated like royalty, this is the place for you and your family. Serving unique and eye catching nightly specials, you are guaranteed to find something that'll captivate your stomach! Located at 724 Front Street, the restaurant provides indoor and outdoor seating! Check them out on their Facebook page below. ![]() If you are looking for the hometown feel from a deli joint, then look no further than the Front Street Deli! Andy and Michele Giarratano have been putting out great sandwiches and salads for more than 19 years on (809) Front Street. You're always greeted with a smile from a friendly face when you walk in. Almost makes you change your mind from getting take-out to sitting inside or dining out back on the deck. Fresh, quality meats and breads are served and prepared to order! Check out their website and Facebook page below for more! The WildFish Grill on Front Street is known mostly for its specialty dishes like the Seafood Creole, Palmetto Shrimp & Grits and the Angry Ahi Tuna Tacos, but if you wanna good burger...
You must go to the same place! Yes, The WildFish Grill has some big ol' burgers on their menu. We're talking 1/2 pound servings here, friends. My two suggestions are the Front Street Burger (served with pepper jack cheese, jalapeno slices, lettuce, tomato with ketchup and mayo) and the St. Louis Burger (BBQ dipped burger with spicy mayo and "marsh grass" underneath. Topped with fresh lettuce and tomato). And don't forget their super tasty fries! With 5 Rivers Tavern & Grill recently closing their doors, The WildFish Grill is sure to capitalize with their burger offerings! |
