The first Shrimp & Grits Cook-Off held on April 30 produced a massive turnout, resulting in the announcement making it an annual event.
Hammock Shops Village Marketing Manager Sharon Abee was all smiles when naming the winner of the cook off, judged by "celebrity" judges in a blind tasting.
The winner was Quigley's Pint & Plate.
About 500 people showed up to taste 10 restaurants' samples of the mouth-watering meal.
